First, the basic precautions for safe operation

Second, preparation before work
1. Pre-heating should be carried out before starting the work of the machine tool. Carefully check whether the lubrication system works normally. If the machine tool has not been started for a long time, it can be manually lubricated to all parts.
2. Before the engraving and during the engraving process, it is necessary to check and confirm whether the cooling system (pump) and lubrication system (oil pump) of the motor are working properly;
3. The used tool should conform to the specifications allowed by the machine tool, and the tool with serious damage should be replaced in time;
4. The tools used to adjust the tool should not be forgotten in the machine tool;
5. After the tool is installed, it should be tested for one or two times;
6. Check the state of the chuck clamping work;
7. When clamping the workpiece, the principle of “installing, flattening and loading” must be followed. It is strictly forbidden to engrave on the suspended material; in order to prevent the deformation of the material, the thickness of the material is more than 2mm larger than the depth of the engraving;
8. Clean the debris in the chuck before loading the tool;
9. When loading the tool, first insert the chuck into the lock nut and put it on the motor shaft. Then insert the tool into the chuck, and then slowly lock the nut with the upper wrench. When loading and unloading the tool. The elastic nut disables the push-pull mode, and the rotation mode is used;
10, the length of the tool exposed to the chuck must be determined according to the depth of the engraving, whether the workpiece and the fixture interfere, and try to take short when the above conditions are met;
11. The cutting points of the X, Y and Z axes must be correctly defined before machining. After the tool is changed, the Z-axis starting point must be redefined immediately, and the X and Y-axis starting points cannot be changed;
11. When using the tool setting tool to define the tool point, it is strictly forbidden to rotate the spindle to prevent the tool from being smashed. It is strictly forbidden to fill the tool and fill the oil. If not, the cup should be covered with a cup;
12. Before starting the machining (below the knife), put the hand on the red emergency switch button and press it immediately if there is an accident.
Third, the safety precautions in the work process
1. It is forbidden to touch the tip and iron filings with your hands. Iron scraps must be cleaned with iron hooks or brushes.
2. It is forbidden to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or by any other means;
3. It is forbidden to measure the workpiece and shift the gear during the machining process, and it is not allowed to wipe the workpiece with cotton thread or clean the machine tool;
4. During the operation of the milling machine, the operator must not leave the post, and the machine will find an abnormal phenomenon and stop immediately;
5, often check the bearing temperature, when too high should look for the relevant personnel to check;
6. It is not allowed to open the protective door of the machine during the processing;
7. Strictly abide by the post responsibility system, the machine tool is used by a special person, and the use of others must be approved by the person;
8. It is strictly forbidden to put any items on the beam and the baffle of the machine tool to avoid falling and hurting people;
9. It is strictly forbidden to lie on the machine during the operation, and it is not allowed to sit or lean on the machine frame.
