First, the y-axis or the x-axis of the carving machine presents a gap, and there may be a gap between the two axes, which causes the swaying during the carving process to cause the engraving path to cause errors and the lettering is not smooth;
Second, the difference between the linear speed of the carving machine and the curve speed is too large, causing the carving machine to vibrate too much when the curve is taken, so that the engraving path presents an error and the lettering is not smooth. How to solve it accordingly?
The first reason is that if the engraving machine is a round rail, it is necessary to change the rail or the slider, the action will be relatively large, depending on the reason. If it is a square rail, it is simple to adjust the upper and lower or front and rear sliders;
If it is the second reason, change the speed of the line or curve, and change the value to determine the parameters of the machine itself!
