Judging the failure of woodworking engraving machine by noise
All mechanical equipment generates noise during work, and wood engraving machines are no exception. There are two types of noise in the equipment, one is normal noise, and the other is noise generated when the engraving machine equipment fails. Then how to judge the equipment is faulty and where is the fault by the noise of the equipment running?
1. Woodworking engraving machine emits abnormal noise when walking axially. In particular, the X-axis has a greater chance of generating such noise. This type of noise is caused by a certain degree of damage to the axial motor bearing, the lack of lubricating oil on the guide rail, and foreign matter on the guide rail.
Solution: Regularly clean the rails and lead screws.
2. Woodworking engraving machine The spindle motor emits abnormal noise during operation. This type of noise is caused by poor quality of the spindle bearing, failure or long use time.
Solution: Check the spindle bearings in time, whether there is a fault or you can replace the new spindle bearings.
